The Andiamo Restaurant Group realizes that finding the budget for an office party can often be a challenge for local businesses. With Crain’s Detroit Business’ support, we want to remove that concern for nine lucky and deserving Michigan-based companies this holiday season. Using the form below, tell us in 200 words or less why your company deserves a holiday office party this year.

RULES & REGULATIONS
HOW TO ENTER:
No Purchase necessary. To enter the Andiamo “Office Party Giveaway” (the “Contest”), (i) go on-line to www.andiamoitalia.com/officeparty, complete the online entry form, press “submit” and you will be entered automatically. Entries must be received no later than 4:59:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, November 25, 2013. Limit of one entry per company.
Contest Period:
The Contest runs from 11:00 a.m. EDT Monday, November 4, 2013 and ends at 4:59:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, November 25, 2013, (the “Contest Period”).
Prizes and odds of winning:
Chances of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are set out below.
Nine (9) winning companies will receive an office party for up to fifty (50) of their colleagues at one of the nine (9) Andiamo Restaurants.
- This includes $100 per person spending credit including food, tax and gratuity, non alcoholic beverages, valet service
(where applicable). - Upgrades and parties larger than 50 persons are available, using the contest base winnings as a credit.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted or converted to cash or gift card.
HOW TO WIN:
The winning entries will be selected by Andiamo leadership team on November 29, 2013. Winners will be privately notified by Andiamo by no later than December 2nd. The winning submissions will be publicly announced on the Andiamo Facebook page and social media outlets and will receive their prize on December 4th and must be used by no later than February 1, 2014. Restaurant location will be selected by the winning company’s geographical proximity to the nine Andiamo Restaurants. A party will be awarded at each of the nine Andiamo Restaurant locations.
The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or telephone and may be required to provide proof of identification by e-mail, facsimile or telephone. Release of Liability in the form provided by Andiamo within two (2) days of receipt. The winners will be announced online via Andiamo's facebook and twitter pages, once they have been declared.
If a selected entrant does not respond to the telephone notification within four (4) days of the date of the first attempted contact, or if Andiamo or its designated agent is otherwise unable to contact the selected entrant within such time, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Andiamo in writing if the entrant changes his or her contact information.
To Claim Your Prize:
Andiamo will provide the prize and provide the winner with a party contract where menu date and event details are secured. Prizes must be used by February 1, 2014 otherwise the winner’s prize will be forfeited. Any costs, expenses or taxes incurred by the winner in claiming or using his or her prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest rules and a Release of Liability, releasing Andiamo, its respective advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, franchisees, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies, suppliers, distributors, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, including loss or damage, directly or indirectly related, in whole or in part, to this Contest, or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize awarded in this Contest. The Declaration of Compliance with the Contest rules and Release of Liability must be returned on or before the date and in the manner indicated on the documents or the prize may be forfeited.
GENERAL RULES
The Contest is open to any Michigan-founded businesses/companies.
Employees of Andiamo and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, owner/operators, franchisees, agents, representatives, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of materials or services related to this Contest and their immediate family members and those domiciled with them, are not eligible to enter the Contest. “Immediate family members” are defined as parents, siblings, children or spouses.
Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no prize substitutions, or may not be sold whether in cash or otherwise, except that Andiamo reserves the right at its sole discretion to make prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value.
In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize due to reasons beyond the control of the Released Parties, no compensation or substitution prize will be provided. All taxes on the prizes other than taxes specifically referred to in these rules are the responsibility of the winner.
By entering this Contest, you acknowledge having read these rules and agree to be bound by them and the decisions of Andiamo (or any appointed contest judges), which are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Contest.
Andiamo is not responsible for any printing, distribution or production errors and may, subject to applicable laws, terminate, amend or withdraw this Contest for any reason, without notice and without liability, at its sole discretion. In all instances, Andiamo shall have no obligation to distribute more prizes than as indicated in these rules. Any decision or ruling by Andiamo in this regard is final and binding.
The Released Parties shall not be responsible in any way for, nor assume any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to, the use or misuse of the prizes awarded in this Contest.
